FitnFix Auto opened its doors in 2008, and we’ve been part of the Ringwood community ever since. We’re an independent garage, which means every decision we make is about doing right by the people who bring their cars to us, not about hitting targets set somewhere else.

Local knowledge and honest advice

Being independent in a small town, we’ve had the chance to build the kind of relationships with customers that main dealers rarely manage to achieve. Many of the people who visit us have been coming for years, and we know their cars almost as well as they do. Our approach is straightforward, so if your car needs work, we’ll tell you plainly what’s wrong and what your options are, without any pressure.

Our expertise

Our technicians are IMI-qualified and City & Guilds-trained, and we invest regularly in further training to keep pace with changing vehicle technology. That includes electric and hybrid vehicles, which make up a growing share of the cars we see. Alongside that, we’ve invested in modern diagnostic tools and equipment, so we can work on all makes and models to a high standard, without the dealer price tag.

We’re easy to find

Unlike a lot of garages, we’re not tucked away on an industrial estate. The workshop itself is just a short walk from Ringwood high street, with coffee shops, Sainsbury’s, and the bus station all close by. There’s a comfortable waiting area if you’d rather stay, or you can head into town while we get on with the work. For anyone who can’t make it in, we offer local collection and delivery, along with a courtesy car where needed.

As well as people from the local Ringwood area, we look after drivers from places like West Moors, Ferndown, St Ives, and Fordingbridge, and we’d be glad to help with yours too.
